okay so here's their 'official' pictures. Mort eyes are brown fro the record. Anyway starting from left to right: Joe, Mort (Mortal) which ever you prefer.....(your funeral), and Dia (Pronounced Daya). So there it is. Yes Mort's like 6'2" and his hat is like 2'8".......And just so everyone knows I'm back on the IZ (Invader Zim) bandwagon. YEAH!!

He is amusingly tall. And his top hat makes me warm and fuzzy inside. You\'ve got a fairly good handle on proportions, their legs are a bit long, but that\'s really a style thing. I would focus on drawing the hands, you can practise by drawing your own, and their are plenty of tutorials online and how to draw books that will give some great methods for them. Hands are hard. It\'s a good idea to block them out with shapes first. As well, work on the shapes of arms and legs, they\'re a bit more curved than that, but you definatly have the right idea. LOVE the personality they all have, they have really good designs.
ya' know i just reread your comment and i must say that im a long time drawer so i know how hard it is to draw hands and i know how many 'helping' things are out there. (Trust me) and i do look at my hand/hands sometimes. like in this one i was just lazy and drew blobs.

Too bad, you were anyways. My internet was down yesterday, but really, I do think you are overreacting. But what do I know, I'm an ass and apparently don't know what I'm talking about.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
